Our Denver Sewer Pipe Lining & Trenchless Repair Services

1. Sewer Pipe Lining (CIPP) – No-Dig Pipe Restoration

CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) is the industry-leading trenchless repair method for restoring damaged sewer lines from the inside out.

This process reinforces your line with a new epoxy liner, creating a smooth, root-resistant, corrosion-proof pipe that lasts 50+ years.

Best For:

  • Cracked or broken sewer lines
  • Root intrusions
  • Old cast-iron or clay sewer pipes
  • Leaking joints
  • Corrosion & scale buildup

2. Trenchless Sewer Pipe Repair

We specialize in non-invasive sewer repair that requires zero digging in most cases. That means no trenches, no destroyed yards, and no concrete tear-outs.

Benefits of Trenchless Pipe Repair:

  • Faster than excavation
  • More affordable long-term
  • Eco-friendly installation
  • Stronger, smoother flow capacity
  • Eliminates root intrusion and leaks

3. Sewer Camera Inspections

Before recommending any repair, we perform a high-definition sewer camera inspection to diagnose the condition of your underground pipes.

Our advanced cameras detect:

  • Root intrusion
  • Cracks & collapse
  • Low spots & bellies
  • Pipe corrosion
  • Scale buildup
  • Grease blockages

4. Hydro Jetting & Sewer Cleaning

Before pipe lining, your sewer line must be properly cleaned. Drain Brain LLC uses high-pressure hydro jetting to eliminate roots, debris, grease, and years of buildup.

📍 Why Denver Homeowners Prefer Trenchless Repair

Denver’s older neighborhoods—like Capitol Hill, Highlands, Washington Park, and Congress Park—often contain aging clay or cast iron sewer lines that fail due to:

  • Tree root intrusion
  • Soil shifting
  • Heavy mineral content
  • Colorado freeze-thaw cycles
  • Pipe corrosion

Trenchless sewer lining is often the most innovative solution because it:

  • Extends pipe life by up to 50+ years
  • Avoids landscaping destruction
  • Restores structural strength
  • Improves flow rate
  • Costs less than a complete sewer replacement

  • What is sewer pipe lining in Denver?

Sewer pipe lining is a trenchless pipe repair method that restores damaged sewer lines from the inside without digging. CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining creates a durable, corrosion-resistant pipe within your existing sewer line, extending its lifespan by 50+ years.

  • What does CIPP stand for and how does it work?

CIPP stands for Cured-In-Place Pipe, a modern trenchless sewer repair technology. A resin-saturated liner is inserted into the damaged pipe and cured in place, forming a strong, seamless pipe inside the old one, eliminating leaks, cracks, and root intrusion.

  • How is trenchless pipe repair different from traditional repair?

Unlike traditional sewer repair, trenchless pipe repair in Denver requires no digging, which protects landscaping, driveways, and foundations. It is faster, cleaner, and often more cost-effective than full excavation.

  • How long does sewer pipe lining last?

With proper installation, CIPP lining and trenchless pipe repair can last 50+ years, making it a long-term solution for residential and commercial sewer lines in Denver.

  • Can trenchless pipe repair handle tree root intrusion?

Yes. Trenchless sewer repair and CIPP lining are highly effective at sealing cracks, eliminating leaks, and preventing future root intrusion, which is one of the most common causes of sewer line damage in Denver.

  • Is sewer pipe lining a permanent solution?

Yes. When properly installed, CIPP lining provides a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant, and leak-proof solution that restores structural integrity to your sewer system.

  • How much does sewer pipe lining cost in Denver?

Costs vary depending on pipe length, diameter, and condition. On average, Denver sewer pipe lining ranges from $95–$185 per linear foot. While slightly higher upfront, trenchless repair and CIPP lining save thousands in excavation and restoration costs.

  • Is trenchless pipe repair suitable for all types of pipes?

Yes. Trenchless solutions and CIPP lining work for clay, cast iron, PVC, and concrete pipes, making it ideal for older homes and commercial properties in Denver.

  • How long does a trenchless pipe repair take?

Most residential trenchless sewer repairs can be completed in 1–2 days. CIPP lining is efficient and minimizes downtime compared to traditional sewer excavation.

Yes. Drain Brain LLC provides 24/7 emergency trenchless pipe repair, sewer lining, and CIPP services, ensuring quick response to prevent flooding and costly water damage.

  • Can CIPP lining fix cracked or collapsed sewer pipes?

Yes. CIPP lining restores structural integrity to cracked, broken, or collapsed pipes, creating a smooth, jointless inner surface that prevents leaks and improves flow.

  • How do you inspect sewer lines before repair?

We use high-definition sewer camera inspections to identify cracks, blockages, root intrusion, and pipe deterioration. This ensures precise recommendations for trenchless pipe repair or CIPP lining.

  • Can trenchless sewer repair be done in commercial properties?

Absolutely. Trenchless pipe repair and CIPP lining are scalable for commercial buildings, restaurants, apartments, and office complexes in Denver, providing efficient, cost-effective sewer solutions without major disruptions.

  • How do I maintain my sewer lines after CIPP lining?

drain brain's amazing trenchless sewer line repair and replacement process for denver and thornton
Depending on the conditions and accessibility of the existing sewer line, there are a few different trenchless methods used to repair or replace underground sewer lines today:

Trenchless Sewer Pipe Relining - This method involves relining the interior of the existing sewer line with a new PVC infused seamless liner. If the existing sewer line is still in fairly good condition, this method can be used. The sewer line is first blown clean of roots, dirt and debris using high pressure hydro jetting.

Once the existing sewer line is clean and cleared the new liner is saturated to 100% saturation using environmentally approved epoxy resin and blown through the entire length of the existing sewer line using high pressure air from one small access point. Once the liner is in place, a bladder is inserted and pressurized with hot steam to mold the new liner to the inside if the existing sewer line.

This effectively seals all cracks, leaks, and voids in the old sewer line making it air and water tight. Once the new liner is cured, usually in just a few hours, the bladder is removed and the result is a brand new pipe within a pipe that is smooth, seamless and highly resistant to future root intrusion, one of the leading causes of sewer line failures.

This method is utilized when the existing sewer line is too damaged to receive a new liner so the existing pipe is broken up and a new pipe is fed into place.

This method will require two small access points at each end of the existing sewer line and here is how it works: A heavy cable is fed through the existing sewer line from one end to the other and attached to a cone shaped tool called a bursting head.
The bursting head is securely fastened to a brand new length of high density polyethylene pipe that has been welded at so there are no seams.

Using a powerful hydraulic winch, the bursting head is pulled through the existing pipe easily breaking it up and pushing the pieces into the surrounding soil while pulling the new pipe into place.

Trenchless pipe bursting can be used on a variety of existing pipes like clay, concrete, and cast iron.
