No-Dig, Trenchless Sewer Line Replacement & Installation

Take a look at some of the benefits of trenchless sewer line replacement:

🌱 1. Minimal Digging With No Damage to Your Property

Unlike traditional sewer line repair, trenchless sewer replacement requires only small access points. This means no torn-up yards, destroyed landscaping, broken driveways, or major excavation—saving homeowners thousands in restoration costs.

⚡ 2. Faster Sewer Line Replacement — Often Completed in One Day

Trenchless technology dramatically reduces repair time. Most trenchless sewer repairs are completed in just one day, compared to the multi-day or week-long timelines of excavation.

💰 3. Lower Overall Project Cost

Because trenchless methods require fewer workers, minimal digging, and less equipment, total costs are significantly lower. You also avoid expensive yard, sidewalk, and driveway restoration.

🛠️ 4. Long-Lasting, High-Strength Materials

Modern trenchless pipe lining and pipe bursting use corrosion-resistant materials designed to last 50+ years, making it one of the most durable sewer repair options available.

🌎 5. Eco-Friendly & Environmentally Safe

Trenchless sewer repair reduces disruption to soil and surrounding ecosystems. With less excavation and machinery, the process is far more environmentally friendly.

🌊 6. Improved Sewer Flow & Reduced Blockages

Trenchless pipe lining creates a smooth, seamless interior that resists tree roots, leaks, corrosion, and future clogs. Homeowners notice improved sewer flow and fewer backups.

🏠 7. Ideal for Properties With Hard-to-Access Sewer Lines

If your sewer line runs under concrete, garages, patios, landscaping, or city sidewalks, trenchless sewer replacement eliminates the need to dig through these structures.

📈 8. Increases Home Value & Meets Modern Plumbing Codes

Installing a new, durable trenchless sewer line can boost home value and ensures your system meets updated city plumbing codes—important for home inspections in Denver.

🔇 9. Less Noise, Mess, and Disruption

With no large excavators or loud trenching equipment, trenchless sewer repair is clean, quiet, and far less disruptive to your daily life.

Trenchless sewer line installation can address the following:

Trenchless sewer line installation is one of the most advanced and effective solutions for repairing or replacing damaged sewer pipes without extensive digging. This modern no-dig sewer repair technology is ideal for homeowners and businesses looking to quickly and affordably fix severe sewer problems with minimal disruption.

🔧 1. Cracked, Broken, or Collapsed Sewer Lines

Trenchless methods such as pipe bursting and trenchless pipe replacement can fully restore sewer lines that are cracked, deteriorated, or collapsed due to age or soil movement.

🌳 2. Tree Root Intrusion & Blockages

Root intrusion is one of the leading causes of sewer line failures. Trenchless pipe lining creates a seamless, root-resistant pipe that prevents future infiltration.

💧 3. Leaking or Corroded Sewer Pipes

Older clay, cast iron, and Orangeburg pipes often corrode or leak over time. Trenchless installation replaces or rehabilitates these pipes with long-lasting, corrosion-resistant materials.

🏚️ 4. Sagging or Bellied Sewer Lines

A “belly” in your sewer line can trap waste, cause slow drains, and lead to frequent backups. Trenchless replacement corrects these alignment issues without tearing up your yard.

🚫 5. Frequent Sewer Backups & Slow Drains

Repeated clogs or backups usually indicate a deeper structural issue. Trenchless installation resolves the underlying pipe damage and restores full flow.

🧱 6. Old or Outdated Sewer Line Materials

Homes with old clay, cast iron, or Orangeburg pipes benefit significantly from trenchless replacement using modern HDPE or CIPP epoxy liners that last 50+ years.

🛑 7. Misaligned or Shifted Sewer Pipes

Soil shifting, ground settling, and freeze-thaw cycles can move sewer lines out of alignment. Trenchless installation restores proper slope and ensures smooth waste flow.

🧱 8. Sewer Lines Under Driveways, Patios & Landscaping

If your sewer pipe runs under concrete, trees, garages, or expensive landscaping, trenchless installation avoids destructive excavation.

🏠 9. Code Violations & Inspection Failures

Trenchless replacement helps homeowners pass real estate inspections by installing new, code-compliant sewer lines quickly and cleanly.

🚀 10. Full Sewer System Modernization

Whether your system is failing or you're upgrading for performance, trenchless installation delivers a durable, efficient, and environmentally friendly sewer solution.

Depending on the conditions and accessibility of the existing sewer line, there are a few different trenchless methods used to repair or replace underground sewer lines today:

Trenchless Sewer Pipe Relining - This method involves relining the interior of the existing sewer line with a new PVC infused seamless liner. If the existing sewer line is still in fairly good condition, this method can be used. The sewer line is first blown clean of roots, dirt and debris using high pressure hydro jetting.

Once the existing sewer line is clean and cleared the new liner is saturated to 100% saturation using environmentally approved epoxy resin and blown through the entire length of the existing sewer line using high pressure air from one small access point. Once the liner is in place, a bladder is inserted and pressurized with hot steam to mold the new liner to the inside if the existing sewer line.

This effectively seals all cracks, leaks, and voids in the old sewer line making it air and water tight. Once the new liner is cured, usually in just a few hours, the bladder is removed and the result is a brand new pipe within a pipe that is smooth, seamless and highly resistant to future root intrusion, one of the leading causes of sewer line failures.

This method is utilized when the existing sewer line is too damaged to receive a new liner so the existing pipe is broken up and a new pipe is fed into place.

This method will require two small access points at each end of the existing sewer line and here is how it works: A heavy cable is fed through the existing sewer line from one end to the other and attached to a cone shaped tool called a bursting head.
The bursting head is securely fastened to a brand new length of high density polyethylene pipe that has been welded at so there are no seams.

Using a powerful hydraulic winch, the bursting head is pulled through the existing pipe easily breaking it up and pushing the pieces into the surrounding soil while pulling the new pipe into place.

Trenchless pipe bursting can be used on a variety of existing pipes like clay, concrete, and cast iron.
